Stacey and Shannon Co-Founded Team Legacy based
on the principle of surrounding themselves with
a likeminded community that holds value in having
positive mindset, healthy eating, physical fitness
as a way of life that can be left behind for
generations to come.

“The reality to Us is that anything worth having is worth working for!”

They wanted to create a community, in this crazy, busy difficult world we live in full of obstacles and circumstance that would offer:

positive solution to create a lifestyle that not only they could be proud of but one they are honored to share with others

A judgment-free community that allows you to go through a journey without comparison to others

Encouragement, belief, and push that we are all capable of being better than we were yesterday.

Stacey and Shannon have been married for 20 years and have been no strangers to living a happy fulfilling life. With two beautiful grown daughters, they faced many obstacles as teenage parents. Just like every couple goes through they have experienced busy demanding careers, the raising of children, obligations to clubs and community, and financial stresses, Stacey and Shannon have defied many odds against them by always finding a way and never giving up.

It certainly wasn’t always sunshine and roses; they needed a solution, and they found it.

The reality to them is that anything worth having is worth working for!

As individuals they needed personal growth; body, mind, and soul for each to be their best towards each other. With hard work, determination, love, encouragement, grit and a swift kick to each other in the “you know what”, they now are here to share with you a Team of Coaches, who one by one, each has inspired and has instilled the same values and vision incorporated to who they are.

Be Your Best YOU!

They will empower you to achieve the results you wish to achieve and believe in your potential.

The word Dara comes from the Irish word “doire, which means oak tree.
The trees were sacred to the Celts. The oak was considered to be the king of the trees, revered for its longevity. It is the tree of life, with an impressive root system and leaves that reach the sky. The Dara knot is often said to represent the roots and branches of the tree.
